For those who need to get Jacksonville city rabies tags and certificates, here is the contact information:
Rabies tags and other licensing program materials can be acquired from Tony Floyd. Contact him at AnthonyF@coj.net or (904) 255-7377
Please note: The new city ordinance has made the sale of the tags mandatory for all veterinarians who administer the rabies vaccine. This includes mobile vets and vaccine clinics.
